Drinking Pony
Another windy day, cold, snow, sleet, hail and rain, with the odd sunny spell. There was snow on the roads this morning, but didn't last long.
An early shift in the airport again today, and a much busier day. We had one cancelled flight, due to Inverness being snow closed. Madeline invited us along for tea, tattie soup tonight, and then headed off to work in the shop. A fairly quiet night. A quick cuppa, and then bed.
I was hoping to get so snowy inspired shots today, but no such luck, mostly dull, cold and windy. The sun briefly came out while I was on lunch, so headed for a very brisk walk. While I was out, I spied this pony drinking from the small loch. He looked cold and wet, but that coat must be keeping him warm. Taken at Grutness, Sumburgh.
