Christmas Uist style

A glass of fizz and some whisky out at the Iron Age wheelhouse with neighbours and their piper son. Not warm but certainly a sense of occasion.
Having thought we were ahead of the game, the wheelhouse interlude rather slowed us down and so we ate lunch at the now traditional 6pm. 
Guinea fowl inside a duck inside a capon inside a turkey with plenty of stuffing worked well.
