They've been mixing concrete here again... and seized up the drain without clearing the trap. Some work required soon, lest we have another flood.

In other news, at the end of a long day at work and about to go home, I find the thief has been rifling throughout my empty cycle panniers again. After reporting the incident, it was a couple of weeks later that I heard from those permitted/licensed to review the CCTV footage that the hooded (of course) individual had only been interested in the panniers on my bike, and nothing pinchable (lights, toolbags etc.) on any of the other bikes. It's thought there could be some other illegal activity going on locally, that I'm best not to mention, but my bike may have been mistaken for someone else's.
