Jack Frost's Handiwork

Yesterday was bitterly cold, and it is only 4F at the Back Porch Cafe this morning, but it will be warming up a bit today, it may even reach 30F!  Jack Frost etched the barn window with this delicate pattern.  Really lovely.  No one is sure where the term "Jack Frost" originated.  Some say it could date back to Anglo-Saxon times; some say it comes from Norse legends.  Well, whatever his ancestry, Jack does do some amazing work!
