Iris

Still searching out O'Keeffe images and LoJ told me about these irises growing wild next to an old chapel near Roujan. The rest of the morning spent in the kitchen making pissaladière and cooking aubergines for an easy supper tonight when we're showing a film about the successful 1971-81 Gardarem lo Larzac campaign (Save the Larzac, from expansion of a military base) to friends who were there at the big demonstration in 1973, the 40th anniversary of which is the prompt for an article I'm writing. They'll be bringing another film about it too, so it will be a long and interesting evening!
