A morning of housework and faffing!

Had a physio appointment with Lisa for my back, which although wasn’t as sore still had some tightness. She did her preliminary tests to see where the pain was coming from and then I had some thumb work, some gel in then a machine and then acupuncture. Also exercises to help with the tightness.

We walked into town to return something that I didn’t like and as you can see a Nero moment. They had been really busy during the day as Costa wasn’t open.

It’s got so cold…..
