Rear Curtain
I wanted a project that would let me play with rear-curtain sync flash photography, so I decided to try it with a 20-sided die I had conveniently near my desk. It took many attempts to get this lovely spiral trail and well-centered landing, but I am happy with the result (even if the visibility of the rest of the room isn't ideal). For those who might wonder, the equipment I used consisted of an LED panel below the camera providing the light for the long-exposure trail and a single Flashpoint flash controlled wirelessly from directly above, resulting in a very small, sharp shadow and a bit of a spotlight effect.
