Clouds + Cardrona

Jill, Frida and I went to Cardrona for a walk today. 
In summer, this skifield is used as a bike park and cart track, so is very different from when it is all covered in snow.

We got there, and had a nice coffee and cheese scone in one of the cafes.
Then we went for our walk. Unfortunately we mistook the walking trail and ended up on a very narrow downhill bike trail where riders came down hill, and around corners very quickly . It was scary - and we couldn’t find a track off that trail. One biker hit a rock and flew over the handle bars landing not far from me.  Although, he said he was ok, he will be in a lot of pain tomorrow, methinks!
We eventually scrambled up a bank, and one of the staff directed us to the correct trail! A good test out for my new knee- and it passed!
