Happy New Year!

Today was spent on calls to the travel agent, rebooking flights home, reorganising home PCR tests, passenger locator forms etc.

Strangely calm about it all … hugely disappointed but in a way if we rebook for next December travel might be easier and less stressful, we can but hope.

Eventually got out of the hotel at 6pm and had dinner at a little local restaurant where they didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Spanish but they were so lovely and we enjoyed the food. Poor G has been living on variations of cheese & bread as vegetarians not really well catered for.  As long as there’s cold beer he’s happy!

A good walk round the streets, nice & cool. It looks & feels very European.
