Another day, another walk

Missing the better part of the day, we headed out later this afternoon for a walk. We walked to the next village and back along the lakeside. It's a lovely walkway, down from the road, next to the train line, beside the lake. It is well used by walkers, runners and cyclists and it is lit up at night. There is a little plaque dedicated to the man who built it. M is keeping up his exercise program which bodes well for the new year.
