A flag for every occasion

This house of people I know well often flies the Lincolnshire flag but today is announcing some good news. I did not realise that there are flags available for all sorts of celebrations. Today I am celebrating more or less completing the packing of another room. I went into town with another car full of things to discard at the recycling centre. I also had an appointment at the opticians to check my vision for a pair of bifocals. I paid a bit extra for an OCT scan which gave me the good news that my eyes are healthy and I don't have to be concerned yet about the macular degeneration that my mother suffered from.
