Frozen...

...pipes and bubble this morning.

The pipes on the bedroom side of the house were frozen this morning. Fortunately, we have a powder room that was working. It was noon by the time the hot water was flowing...interesting the cold came on much quicker.

After taking Bunker for his noon ride, I was motivated to prune and rake, to get the yard and front entryway looking a bit better. We are thinking that the photographer will be here this week, so.... Will have to wait until the garbage gets picked up tomorrow to clean up my piles. No room in the bins!

I am grateful we only have one more hard freeze. After tonight and tomorrow morning the temperature will be above freezing.
