What a Wankel

Alf has finally got his car. A Mazda RX8 with a very clever Rotary ( Wankel ) engine.

He’s looked at loads on line. This one seemed to be good, low miles, good mot history, 2 owners from new. So we drove over to Buckinghamshire this morning to look at it. I went along as the sensible devils advocate as I knew he really wanted to buy it. We checked it over, and took it for a quick test drive, all seemed ok ( without getting it up on ramps and having a proper poke about ). Alf was very nervous about doing the negotiations but did a great job getting a decent amount off. I drove it back ( H had an RX8, they are great to drive ). He took me out a bit later, his first drive in his new car and it absolutely tipped it down!
