The lady in the window

I went for a walk around the village this morning doing a bit of shower dodging but enjoying the fresh air.  

The castle is supposed to be one of the most haunted in the country and is often visited by paranormal groups and there are occasional ghost tours held. 

I think that one of the ghosts could be peeping through the window over the entrance arch (a close up of her is in extras) but she didn't react when I walked past.

When I got back home I made soup with the last of the Christmas vegetables, just the thing for a winter's day.
