First of the Year

First time I’ve been to Crystal Cove since I took the fall and dislocated my elbow. I wanted to face my fear of walking there again. Went slowly and held to husband’s arm. I feel lucky to be on my way to full recovery, but the arm still feels a bit heavy and stiff, and I can’t straighten it all the way.
The weather was beautiful and warm.
