10 Years on..

Happy New Year all. Back on the 1st January 2012, we began our blip journey with a photo of the windmill at Brill. Over the years, it has probably been featured in more blips than any other subject. We popped over this afternoon for the first time in a few months and found that unfortunately the storms at the end of October have damaged the sails. There is a fund raising exercise to get the £10,000 needed to restore the mill, hopefully this will soon be achieved as it is a popular landmark.

This is a long exposure shot hence the slight blur in whatever is hanging from the broken sail.
