Park run was agreed in a swirl of Cava last night . 5 out of 6 of us turned up which was v impressive considering. I walked it with a couple of wee jogs on the flat as my groin is hurting after my excitable pony ride yesterday. Walking back to the bikes the morning sun did a fancy green ball reflection thingy on the leaves …. A good omen for something surely!?!
The weather was still ‘giving’ on my evening drive home from doing the ponies . It’s good to be home .
