Legless

Customary pie photo in extras, but looking back I have missed a couple! Clouds too. That was a cracking ten minutes spent alone watching the clouds carried hurriedly along by the wind. Another solid ten minutes in the rainy dark, exploring with the Bug by torchlight, mutually surprising a newt. 

We enjoyed creating a chocolate trail for the cousins, and an illustrated garden scavenger hunt for tomorrow, which featuring this partially legless rhinoceros. I cooked us the traditional steak pie, lots of different veg, and a pain au chocolat bread and butter pudding.

Bedtime was horrendous. The Bug and the Bear were "I'M NOT TIRED" tired. Sharing with the cousins is proving just a bit too much. Not least because they go to bed much later. Both little sisters go to sleep at their big brother's bedtime, but there are  2.5 years between the ages of the brothers. So effectively the younger sister of the older brother, goes to bed an hour or so later than her cousin of the same age. Still with me? Thought not!
