Phantom at the Hippo

A fabulous night out contrasted with a day at the tip and looking for a part for the cooker. Phantom at the Opera at the Birmingham Hippodrome nearly didn't happen though. Having booked the tickets a month ago for Michaela's bithday treat I'd forgotten we had tickets for the afternoon show, not the evening! The horrible truth only dawned when the woman in row O seat 10 showed me her ticket. So hotfooted it to the ticket office and paid £28 extra for much better seats in row G. These we were only able to enjoy after the interval sat in row W! But it was worth it. Best seats we've ever had.
