I went up Leith Walk on a quest for more coffee from V & C, only to find that the shop has been closed this week (re-opening Jan 4th). Oh well - got a few bits in Tattie Shaw's and a khorasan loaf from 12 triangles......

Went across the Links to Mel's in the evening for much delicious food and drink, then saw in the new year with her and the visiting Cron. Remembering Ogatodomar who was there on the same occasion exactly two years ago.....
