New Year

Started the new year in a healthy way by heading to Telford for the Park Run. I wasn't really in the mood but Kevin is super keen and we had pre- arranged it. Once there it felt like a good start to the year. 
Then we headed for a gentle stroll round the gardens at Powis Castle.
