In the Pentlands
We had planned a walk for today which was a good incentive for getting up, after a late night!
We did a wonderful circular walk from The Red Moss Car park in Balerno. This took in the Beech Tree avenue, the Green Cleugh, a path along the bottom of The Black Hill, Youth Vision, and then back along Threipmuir Reservoir-which amounted to about 7 miles.
We saw Whooper swans and Teals which we were happy about. The swans were only identified once we were back home and I could check some zoomed in photos. (see extra)
