Old Car New Year

Oh the joy of waking up on New Year's Day with a clear head. Drinking only a few glasses of wine and a small brandy I survived unscathed. Suitably enlivened I went for a wander and just as I was nearly back home this beauty hove into view.

I think it's a Morris but others will correct me.

Mrs S and I enjoyed a very cheesy but feel good evening's tv. First up was the recording from Boxing Day of Anything Goes. We saw this at the Barbican back in the summer and it was brilliant. it still is and translated welt the small screen.

Next up was the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special. I know, I know, but it was actually very entertaining.

Finally over to the Jools Holland show to see in the new year. Let's hope it's going to be better than last. 2021 had many great moments for me but overall I wont be sorry to see the back of it.
