Cleaning

Paul cleaned the awning today, after I managed to trap some dirty moss inside it last time I rolled it up. It’s not an easy thing to clean, but a hosepipe and long brush did the job. What’s more difficult to clean is the green algae that’s stained the front edge of it - I’m not sure how to get rid of that but it will gradually rot the fabric, which is what happened to the last one.

Adam and Tomoko went back to London early this morning, so I moved back into my bedroom, and then tidied and cleaned the house. We stayed up to see the new year in, playing games with A&T and then watching the countdown in Animal Crossing - a novel way to see in the new year!
