Charcuterie

Cheese (brie, Humbolt Fog, and 12 month aged Manchego), olives, calabrese, bresaola, crackers, and cornichons. Wine: Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017. Champagne (for midnight): Baron-Fuenté Grand Brut 2011.

A charcuterie spread is our typical New Years dinner, and it is a much enjoyed tradition. It is not yet 9pm as I post this, so the champagne is over three hours off, but I am very optimistic that is will be excellent.
