Badenoch Wall Walk

We did another variation on this network of tracks and paths. It was lashing driving up the A86 and we anticipated getting a right soaking. Upon parking and leaving the pickup, the rain stopped and there was quite lovely low mist and cloud gliding across the surrounding slopes with even the odd glimpse of sunshine. I am going to load up a few extras since it resets in the morning.
Back at home late AM we realised our washing machine had done its final load, It has had a punishing year dealing with excessive covid related washing for the cottage. The seal at the door has disintegrated due to excessive free play in the motion of the drum and it was making a deafening racket on a low spin. A replacement is a few days off. I took a load over to the cottage (which is thankfully offline just now for some re-arrangement to furnishing). Maybe need to try and get a second day out of the socks.
