Wowee!

In some ways, it was a typical Christmas, and in other ways it really wasn’t. Was really hoping for a typical Christmas in every way, or at least in that we could all be together. We missed C, who is still in iso awaiting test result, although feeling better than yesterday. Still, she joined us by Zoom for present time, and if that isn’t representative of the last two years, I don’t know what is. Generally a lovely day though. Lots of prawns and crayfish, an abundance of delicious salads, some pigs ears for Nell, a lot of WOWEE and general cuteness from M, a lot of feral from a grumpy E who was woken too early, a lot of bling and mystery lipstick from A, and many home sewn gifts (including matching outfits for the kids, and a shirt for S) from J. Books aplenty too. It wouldn’t be Christmas without a zillion books. S+Joey bought me the same book I bought S. Great minds…
