I went out! I had to set the alarm to get up to the Dr to hand in a sample. I then popped into Sainsburys for more bread. It was a hard walk, only 10 mins but took a lot longer. My jeans were falling off me, and my jumper just hung.

Came home to lovely flowers at the door. From a very kind friend, they brighten up my room. I sorted them, then was planning on lying on the sofa.
Went to put the fire on, burped then was sick several times.

Phoned the Dr , she wants another sample to check for bowel inflammation and has put me on the waiting list for an endoscopy .

Have lay on the sofa for rest of the day feeling awful. I'm too scared to eat now.
