Pizza Kits
We are starting the Whole 30 in January, so this is our farewell to pizza for at least a month. The Whole 30 is really a reset for me. There is no alcohol, dairy, grains, legumes, or sugar. Sounds pretty bleak, but it really makes me feel so good afterwards. It is tough though. There is sugar in almost everything and grains includes bread, tortillas, cereal, oatmeal....so it is a meat, veggies and salads kind of month. We are camping this weekend, so we'll start when we come back.
Pizza kits are from Lamppost Pizza and such a fun way to make your own pizza. During Covid when so many of our young families from church were struggling with lack of work, and kids home from school, we decided to take them pizza kits. It was a win-win-win. Mom's don't have to fret about what to make for dinner. Kids love to make their own pizzas, and Scott and I always got one for us too. We delivered almost 60 pizza kits. It was so fun to get messages, thank you's and even photos of the kids making their own pizzas. A very easy and fun way to give to others.
