A better 2022?

Had to do an emergency dash to the in-laws yesterday.  

Mum in law is undergoing cancer treatment whilst dad in law had a fall just before Christmas and fractured his newly replaced hip. He was allowed out of hospital last week, but is still a bit wobbly - unsurprisingly.  

Mum in law went to hospital yesterday for some routine blood tests to do with her treatment and was kept in due to a problem that was flagged up.  One of her treatments isn’t working as it should do so she needs to have it intravenously.

Needless to say, we flew down here to make sure Grandad was ok and look after him as best we can.  The Dopski was a really good girl, as it must be boring for her.  The Dadski managed to finish work a little early and meet us down here too.

Hopefully 2022 will be a little kinder to us all and to everyone else in the world.  Fingers crossed and all that.
