General waiting room

This is the waiting room at Poynton station. They’ve kept the station rooms as they were in Victorian times. The must have been a Ladies waiting room at some stage. Izzy’s 15 years old and she wanted to know what a Porter was when she saw the plaque on another room. We had a day in Manchester to get her 16th birthday presents as her birthday is Jan 10th. There were a lot of people without masks on the train. I opened the window. We’re going to Pizza Express later. Happy New Year, peeps!
