Thursdays on Hebden Bridge you will find this man selling Greek Specialities - Homemade Hummus, Marinated Garlic, Olives of every description and - my favourites - Gigantic Butter Beans in a Tomato Sauce.
He's a lovely fellow and his produce is first rate.
