This little light of mine.....

One of the set of candle lights on the Christmas Tree.
Bought by Kirsi's Dad in 1987. Manufactured in the DDR, East Germany for those who don't remember.
The country doesn't exist any more but the lights are still working fine.
Is this a parable about something?
