Plan D - Forêt Noire

We started with plan A and finally plan D worked out successfully for us. The plan was to have tea and a dessert. 

Plan A: Location under renovation
Plan B: people queuing on the pavement
Plan C: fully booked
Plan D: was to buy something on the way home, when we discovered this new place. On the menu was a Black Forest gateau to share. It looked quite different to the classical one - and it was delicious. See extra for an insight view.
