He is thinking of going pro......

....shame he misses the ball more often than hitting it!

Rhona had a terrible sleep. She slept til 2, I fed her, put her back to bed and she cried and cried, even after calpol and with me touching her chest and hugging her when she stood up. Eventually at 4, I gave in and took her into bed worth us and she was instantly asleep! Martin let me have a lie in til after nine this morning which allowed me to not be a grumpy zombie today. Instead I enjoyed our day altogether.

Once we were up I cut both my boys hair then we all got showered. Off to the six hole course where we played 3 holes (stuck behind 4 really slow people so cut over to the sixth after playing the second) with Euan playing with his still too large junior golf clubs. He really tries hard and he will soon get the hang of it I am sure.

Off to costco for hotdogs for lunch. Used my boba sling to strap rhona to the chair and it made for a much easier and less stressful lunch. Got there just in time as when we were finishing eating there must have been about 30 people in the queue waiting to buy food! Spent alot on what we bought then came home to put it all away.

We dropped Euan at the greats while we walked to the bookies with Rhona. We expected her to nap but instead she chattered and played peekaboo with her blankets when she wasn't watching what passing strangers were up to! Had a cup of tea and a donut with the Greats before coming home to sort out tea. It was a roast chicken salad and it was enjoyed by all.

Rhona was exhausted by bedtime and ended up falling asleep on me while having her milk. Hope she sleeps better tonight. Euan asked for Daddy to put him to bed tonight so after hearing some hilarity, Daddy came down having taught Euan the naughty joke "what's green and smelly?" "Kermits bum!"
I had previously taught him my cousin Sophies favourite joke from when she was little "why does a giraffe have a long neck?" "because his feet smell!" which he has been enjoying telling when one of his books asks "what's your favourite joke?" Hope that my joke stays his favourite!
