The March of the Christmas Trees

Onward... onward... Soon, my dears, we can wave a glad hand to 2021, and maybe two fingers... for it will soon be 2022. And how different it's likely to be.... um... oh, bugrit. More of the same?

Abstract Thursday is about post-processing, but rather than exercise a complete lack of restraint with the distortion filters, I've copied and hue-shifted an unfocused shot of this year's tree lights. They resemble a line of marching trees, like Great Birnham Wood on mushrooms.

It's incredibly mild out there today, but not very photogenic. I would be tempted to find some bright city life shots except we are still instructed (well, Janet is instructed by her consultant) to avoid Omicron at all costs.
