Cheers to Denise

Miah, Justin, and I were planning a celebration for Scott's 70th birthday. I was assigned to get the venue. Miah mentioned a few possibilities and told me to set aside a couple of grand. I wouldn't mind spending the money, but I knew that Scott wanted it casual, with tons of friends, plenty of food and drinks, and lots of great music. I had a brainstorm and asked my friend Denise, who is a pilot too, if we could possibly have it in her airplane hangar. She didn't hesitate and said yes. It was such a great celebration. Everyone, my boys included, was so excited to party in an airplane hangar. I painted this little piece of furniture for her hangar. It has two drawers, one for a cozy airplane print blanket and another for a big bottle of Crown and two glasses. I know she loves to watch the sunset from her hangar, now she can stay cozy and hydrated, haha. The drawer pulls are my favorite part. So, thank you so much Denise. Cheers to you, friend.
