Da Only Sunshine da Day

A cloudy morning, and afternoon, then rain came in about teatime, finally stopping tonight.  Calm earlier, but wind picking up tonight.  

Another late shift in the airport.  I working in the heli end first thing, and then on the check-in desk the rest of the day.  We had our Kirkwall and Inverness flight cancelled, due to ice at Inverness.  when the rains eased, I got out walkies with Sammy, now feet up.

A fairly dull day, all day, but there was a small glimmer of hope in the morning.  A golden glow hugged the horizon, as the sun slowly started to lift, but sadly didn't last long.  Looking towards Helliness, from Fladdabister.
