Great Tit

Having recently upgraded my computer to the new Mac mini with its speedy M1 chip I have also had to accept that this comes with using the latest Mac OS, Monterey. This , of course, comes with the down side that you also have to upgrade many of your favourite applications as several will not function in the latest operating system. One of the upgrades I decided to make was to upgrade my DxO optics program to DxO Photolab as this comes with probably the most sophisticated noise reduction software and an ability to process Fujifilm Trans X raw files much more successfully than Lightroom.

Tonight's blip of a great tit taken in appalling light this afternoon at 3200 ISO hopefully illustrates just how well Photolab can cope with noisy images
