What's Going On?

Seals always seem interested when there are lots of people on the beach. This one popped its head up as I walked along the water's edge this afternoon. Lots of people out in the late afternoon sun and so many dogs running around, getting under my feet, that I could see the attraction of a dog-free section of the beach, as they have in other places.
