A snake in the hand
I just couldn't get interested in taking photos today, even though it was a relatively sunny day and there were a few subjects at the park that would probably have made a good blip. The only time I got a camera out of my bag while I was outside was to take a few shots of Blackie, the male Staffordshire that I walked this afternoon as I always take a few photos for my personal record of the dogs from the sanctuary that I walk.
I usually don't like to have my picture taken and normally avoid it at every possible opportunity. I did break that habit at the pet fair I went to on Monday though so I could look back on the very special moments on which I was able to hold not only a snake but also a spider. As I don't have anything else, I'm blipping this photo that I took earlier today of one of those two pictures. The snake is a corn snake, which is a species that kills its prey by means of constriction.
Thank you for all the comments and stars on my Amaryllis blip from yesterday. They are very much appreciated.
