Evening sky

A quiet day at home with a wintery mix going on. My challenge for the day was to make goats milk fudge. As I can't have cow milk any more I asked Dan to bring me some goats milk when he went to the dairy farm we use. I was a little leery to taste it but was very pleasantly surprised. It didn't taste goaty at all, maybe just a bit saltier than cows milk. It worked well with the fudge with only 1 mishap of the pan boiling over. Nothing burned but it was a little bit to clean up. I will enjoy the fudge and freeze quite a bit of it.
Tonight the sky cleared and there were wispy clouds that I love.
