Good morning, bad day, OK evening.

Woke up to some heavy snowfall and a beautiful snowy white morning. 

Rest of the day was frustrating. Had ordered a new personal laptop as a gift for myself. The store messed up some documentation so I didn't get it last week when I was supposed to. Instead it took multiple customer service calls to get it sorted and finally it arrived in Norway today morning and was out for delivery. Even though I was at home the whole day, they chose to arrive exactly in the 15 min stretch I was away and went back. That meant I had to go pick it up myself from their pick up centre which was half an hour away by public transport. Went there as soon as I got the notification it was ready for pick up and frustratingly enough the package wasn't there when I got there. Came back cursing myself and dreading more customer care calls I'll have to endure but 2 hours later again got an update that it's now really ready for pickup. So went all the way there again in the cold and finally at 10pm was back home with my new toy, phew!

First impressions are okay, I had bigger expectations. At least I won't have to touch my work laptop at home now!

Oh, and I finally bought a candle for my late night music listening sessions. I need more :)
