Back on board after a month off. Woohoo. Felt so good 

Great day with a lovely visit from my sister, Mum, the lesser spotted Luca and Eliza. Sadly Orla didn't come today- she struggles with long journeys at the mo. 

Note to self Red cabbage after bowel surgery is not a good idea :0(
