A pre-Christmas treat plus some Christmas presents plus an accidental trip to the Waterstones sale today means that my pile of books-to-read is bigger than ever (and this is only one side of my bed, there’s more on the other). I suppose this means doing something sensible like not buying any more books until I’ve read these but the sensible option isn’t always easy.

Back home today after the most wonderful festive time at Groove. Definitely feels like that point in the holidays where I want to drink only water and eat only vegetables. The sign of time we’ll spent.
