My only picture

I like it because it shows good symbolic energy of two cultures of nearly opposite parts of the world. There is the yak bell from the Tibetan Highlands symbolizing the gift of milk and warmth from these peaceful and enduring animals. The prayer flags in different colors are moved by the wind and each let a different prayer fly into the universe. They too come from Tibet, a country that is dear to me , because it’s people and it’s culture has been so cruelly suppressed. The green wreath is symbolizing eternity. The return of the light , that is celebrated in the little baby in the cradle, combining pagan rituals with Christian beliefs, is visible in the wreath. One season ends, another follows right after. The circle is a very old symbol for eternity and green stands for life.

A cold day with snow.
