Some interesting clouds around this morning for our walk in the estuary.  It’s just a shame that five minutes after taking this shot I slipped into a ditch I was crossing. I wouldn’t recommend it.  Have no idea how I managed to get out as quite deep and painful arm and leg.   My walking pole was bent in half.   So can barely move my left arm (I’m left handed) and think I’ve twisted my knee. At least this time I haven’t broken any bones.  So typing this one handed.  Pain as can’t drive either.  Probably won’t comment on journals tonight.
