Light Art
I made a special request to Mr K to take me to Gravesend today after his trip there last week with my sister. After some miserable weather, it suddenly cleared up and gave us lovely skies.
This is a glimpse of the LV21 - a 40 metre steel-hulled lightship which has been transformed into a floating arts space. It has been here since 2017 having previously been moored at Gillingham Pier in Medway. The iconic red lightship was originally commissioned as a navigation vessel.
