Today we walked up the Pipe Track from the village for the first time in ages. When I took this shot of the cows I thought there was a bonfire on the hillside but as we walked along it was clear that it was the actually a small cloud which grew as we watched it and blew along. There were stunning views of Ben Lomond and various misty mountains in the distance. As Blip tells me I have 17 extras left to use before the end of the week I shall add some scenic views and a some close ups. I particularly like the pink rowan berries and the lichen encrusted hawthorn. The gorse is always a cheerful sight in December.
