It doesn’t look it but we had a reasonable day weather wise. I decided it was time to start processing the leftovers so today I made soup with the stock from the turkey, a turkey curry for later in the week and I also cooked a gammon joint for tonight (also destined to be part of a turkey and ham pie and sandwiches).
